The ACPA Education Foundation was formed to fund a wide variety of educational activities to increase public knowledge regarding appropriate uses of concrete pavements.
The ACPA Education Foundation was chartered as a 501(c)(3) corporation in 2003. Its purpose is to award scholarships and grants for undergraduate and graduate university studies in the field of civil engineering with an emphasis on concrete pavements or concrete pavement research.
ACPA Education Foundation scholarships, grants, and other programs will help recipients cover costs of attending a four-year university degree program or graduate school. Through its scholarship and grant programs, the ACPA Education Foundation focuses on supporting development and delivery of a highly trained professional workforce specializing in concrete pavement program planning, design and construction in order to contribute to needs related to the safe, efficient and cost-effective expansion, maintenance and rehabilitation of the nation's federal highway, airfield and municipal roadway infrastructure.
