ACPA Partner Organizations ACPA draws its strength from a well-defined mission, which involves a solid network comprised of the national association, regional chapters and state paving associations, technology partners, and the Cement Association of Canada. Together our organizations represent the concrete pavement industry and work to expand both the use and improve the quality of concrete pavement for highways, airports, streets, roads and commercial facilities. Along with these organizations, the concrete pavement industry is also supported by technology partners, including the Innovative Pavement Research Center, the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center (CP Tech Center), and the International Grooving & Grinding Association.
